40 year old guy from Québec, Canada, started racing games on Speedrunslive in July 2011 and this is what you'll usually see here. Most of this section has been outdated for years, maybe one day I'll update this ... My main games are Zelda: A Link to the Past and Dr. Mario (SNES), but sometimes I run or race other games (more casually) or other fun stuff, usually on NES or SNES. I'm usually live during the week-end or late nights, but don't miss the weekly ALttP Any% race every Sunday at 3 PM EST!

##Is this on emulator or console? I play most games on console or using a flash cart (NES PowerPak/Everdrive and sd2snes). ##Why don't you ever talk? No headset/mic, English isn't my first language and I want to focus on the game while running, but I do try to read the chat and type whenever I can (which is sometimes more than you'd expect). ##Why is the game in Japanese? Because it's faster than the English version. For A Link to the Past specifically, the Japanese 1.0 version has a few useful glitches (like item dashes, superspeed and fake flippers) and faster text overall, which saves about 1 minute in any% ##How did you get the chat on stream, and which timer and font is that, can I have them too? I coded both myself and they're part of my rather unusual stream setup (see the links). There's no screen capture, it dumps text files and renders them on stream with a custom AviSynth plugin. The font is also my own, you can see it [here](http://acmlm.rustedlogic.net/etc/font.png). ##How does the stream look so sharp and smooth? S-Video capture, splitting interlaced fields for a full 60fps, perfect cropping, no unneeded resizing, custom video filters, piping frames directly to the encoding (no tearing), and dedicating most of my CPU to the filtering and encoding quality.
