**1. don't be a jerk and use common sense.** be respectful, keep it friendly, and don't dig into conversations people clearly don't want to be having in chat. **2. bigotry and harassment are not tolerated here.** no racism, sexism, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, etc. **3. this stream is listed as mature.** if you're under 18, don't bring up or even hint at your age. **4. profanity is allowed to an extent,** but please do not use that as an excuse to curse excessively. be reasonable. **5. please don't make comments on my appearance or my voice, even if they are positive, unless i bring it up first.** i am a person and i have feelings and insecurities like everyone else, and these comments often make me very uncomfortable. and no horny jokes, *please*. **6. kappa and lul are banned, and so are pepe/peepo emotes** and many variations of all of them. kappa and lul are often used in mocking or mean ways and i'm just not a fan - there are much better emote options on the platform. the frogs have ties to bad groups and make me and others uncomfortable. google's your friend here, i don't want to talk about this in chat. use other emotes. thanks. **7. __the air bud double-negative rule:__** you can totally get banned/timed-out for something not explicitly in these chat rules. the mods + myself have the right to remove people as needed. ##[nightbot commands](https://nightbot.tv/t/amber_cxc/commands)

#common questions ###general: **why lowercase a?** i like how a looks more than A **horns?** horns!!! **are you trans?** are you a cop? ###mk8: **do you play online?** no, i don't find it very fun most of the time. **what's a nisc?** no-item shortcut. **what are the other acronyms you're saying really fast all the time?** MT = mini-turbo (blue); SMT = super-mini-turbo (orange); UMT = ultra-mini-turbo (pink). **what do coins do?** they increase your top speed by... an amount. 10 coins saves 2-4 seconds per minute of driving vs. 0 coins. **why do you only trick *sometimes?*** tricks on glider ramps set your speed to a specific value and SMTs/UMTs are actually faster most of the time. i still trick a lot when i don't need to because it looks cool and habits are hard to break. sometimes there's a sharp turn after a place to do a trick and it's faster to land ASAP to start turning instead, or even to just drift off the ramp instead of tricking. **what's the fastest build?** dlc wave 4 came with a balance change and i don't feel comfortable saying one build is specifically the best at the moment.
