I've been playing since late Wrath, but only started playing the game seriously in Mists of Pandaria. Siege of Orgrimmar was when I really started pushing and growing as a player. At the time I was really keen on becoming a great Hunter, and I would look on ProRaiders (the raid DPS ranking site of the times) and ask advice from the top ranked Hunters there. I was somewhat disappointed to find out that they didn't really know "why" they were doing certain things. I took to the forums and started participating in the theorycrafting side of WoW while trying to push myself as a player. I quickly established myself as one of the top Hunters in the game, at least as far as pushing the correct DPS buttons goes, and have been trying to push the buttons well since then. I am extremely competitive and I am very fact-focused in my approach to the game, combining cutting-edge theorycrafting (the knowledge of what to do) with top-level execution (actually applying all my theorycrafting knowledge to maximize the class). More than anything, I am happy to share of my knowledge and experience. My guides are not just aimed for beginners, and I reject the notion that guides are just for getting started with a spec. My guides contain practically EVERYTHING you need to know to become a top-level, rank 1-capable Hunter at least from a DPS perspective. If the cutting-edge knowledge isn't in the guide today, then it will be tomorrow. I keep my guides updated throughout a tier so that they are always relevant to the game right now.
