ABOUT ME
The original idea for BlinkFarm was to build a rural retreat where creative people from around the world could meet to learn from each other and share resources. Writers, musicians, video makers, VFX artists, live stream broadcasters, whatever.
It's supposed to be an actual physical piece of property -- 40 or more acres that can eventually hold all the sites people need to create. Some must-haves include:
-- a barn with a cyclorama green screen for shooting videos
-- a lodge for group meetings and workshops
-- editing suites and recording studios
-- cabins where people can crash for a week
-- a gun range for relaxation
-- and so much more
It's a big, bold vision. And it may never happen. But it keeps me going.
Until then, I have a digital farm. Come by for a visit some time.
Things to avoid in chat:
+ Rudeness, meanness, or aggressiveness.
+ Hate speech, like racism, sexism, gay-bashing/homophobia, or rape comments.
+ Controversial topics, such as religion, politics, piracy, cheats, etc.
+ Spam including links, excessive emotes, too many CAPS, self-promotion, asking a question repeatedly, posting the same thing multiple times, etc.
+ Spoilers for shows, movies, games, books, etc.
+ Asking for mod status, follows, subs, views, etc.
+ Arguing, including with mods over timeouts & bans.
If you’re not down with these basic rules, you should probably watch a channel that fits you better. Thanks!
