When Twitch Drops are active on CCP's Twitch channel you can earn exclusive rewards just by watching the streams! In order to earn rewards you have to [link your Twitch and EVE Online accounts](https://www.eveonline.com/twitch). You can monitor your progress and claim your rewards in your [Twitch Inventory](https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory). Once you have claimed a Drops reward it will be added to your in-game redemption queue. Your EVE client may have to be restarted before it will appear.

GalNet StreamCast SKINs are rewards available exclusively to CCP TV viewers. As you watch streams on the CCP Twitch channel you will accumulate CCP TV Loyalty Points (aka channel points). When you have gathered enough points you can claim a random GalNet StreamCast SKIN code! SKIN codes will be delivered in-game via evemail to your preferred character, however for this process to work you must first register your in-game name with the EVE2Twitch bot which monitors the CCP Twitch chat. Just type **!ign** followed by your in-game name. In the event that you don't have an in-game name registered with EVE2Twitch, or the in-game name you provided doesn't exist (check for typos!) or there are any other technical issues with delivering the code your request will be cancelled and your points refunded automatically. Usually your code will be delivered within a couple of minutes, however should there be a high volume of requests it may take longer as the rewards bot works through the queue at a rate that won't get it in trouble with EVE's mail server.
