My name is Charlie A'Court and I'm a touring and recording artist based in Halifax, Canada. I describe my music as living in the space between Roots / Blues / Soul. I grew up listening to lots of classic R&B like Sam Cooke, Otis Redding, Percy Sledge, but I also came to love blues guitar like BB King, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt. Throw in some country like Kristofferson, Nelson and Prine and you got yourself a mixed bag of influences. I love to play acoustic and electric guitars and play around with amps and pedalboards so I'll be exploring those topics on my streams as well as singing my fav covers and some originals too. This channel will evolve over time, so who knows what sorts of things we'll discover together. I'm just happy you're here to join me for the ride.
