**Do you take cooking requests?** Yes! Please let us know in the chat. We will try our best to accommodate. We love trying international foods and learning about other cultures. **What does "Cook4Fun" mean?** In our home kitchen, we are not professional chefs, we simply "Cook4Fun". We love to cook. And cooking is a necessary daily activity so lets make it fun. Let's also make cooking practical and affordable. Ingredient substitution (to those available in your local market or what you already have) and using leftover ingredients are encouraged. This allows us to be creative (fusion dishes or adding new twists) yet also prevent waste and unnecessarily spending extra money on new ingredients if you may have others that will work nicely. We also love combining cooking ideas among different cultures (for e.g. using Asian dumpling wrapper for European perogies, Japanese panko bread crumbs for German Schnitzel, Apple cider vinegar for rice vinegar, to name a few - in almost every show, we describe and make substitutions to help accommodate local market ingredients or budgets). Please enjoy and explore with us as we "Cook4Fun". **What kind of knife do you use?** The knife is a basic Chinese cleaver staple to most Chinese kitchen. You can find it in most Chinatowns. Mine is a standard one that costs less than USD20 and was given to me by my parents. It can be sharpened with a knife-sharpening stone and will last for a life-time. However, any knife will work and feel free to cookalong with us using the knife you already have. **What is the breed and name of your dog?** Boston Terrier breed named "Winston" after Winston Churchill. **What is your nationality?** I was born in Canada to Chinese parents. **What languages do you speak** I speak English, Cantonese Chinese and a some Mandarin Chinese. However, communication is friendship. I interact with viewers chatting in whatever language they are comfortable in. Our moderator or often other viewers will try to translate. We like learning about other nationalities' foods and hearing from you. Our chat room is a safe environment for viewers of any nationality and language. **How old are you?** I am an ageless cyborg.
