Hey, what's up? I play all sorts of games on my channel from time to time, and love watching others play. Feel free to watch if I'm on--I usually will play without any commentary other than chat.

What equipment do you use to stream?

I try to use the original console where possible. I have an average-quality Diamond VC500 capture device which is used for direct capture of most analog sources, such as NES, SNES, N64, PS1, GameCube, through Composite or S-Video, but it tends to skip frames so it doesn't look the smoothest. I use S-Video even on the Wii, as most capture devices do not support 240p over Component without getting into the ridiculously expensive territory. I play consoles with analog video on a Sony PVM-14L5, where I route the input into the monitor and use its output port to output to my capture device in order to play without input lag at about desk height. Consoles after the Wii are streamed through HDMI, plugged into a switcher which then plugs into a generic HDMI capture device. This capture device strips HDCP, making PS3 streaming possible, but I don't really have many things I want to stream from PS3 anyway. I don't tend to stream or want to play PC games much, but the specs are: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SSD (Boot): TeamGroup 256GB NVMe SSHD (Storage): Seagate FireCuda 2TB

Who are you?

I'm DarkBowser64! You may recognize me from YouTube as well. Sometimes I prefer to stream. I am, indeed, gay, and my stream is a welcome, comfortable place for all those that would place themselves in the "LGBTQIA+" moniker. You can find me on other locations, too, but you'll have to find them on your own.

What do you do?

I tend to stream random games from my library that I happen to like and play them casually. Note that I do not speak on stream or otherwise use microphone audio much if ever, due to the lack of a viable audio setup and also not being able to make much noise where I am. I also just might not feel like using a mic. Instead I would prefer to speak in chat with a group of people, but I can't always respond if I am actively playing the game--it will depend on the game. You can always use the stream as some background noise if you want. I'm fine with that, and I am always comfy with chill streams. If the game audio is loud or grating at all, or has errors, please tell me. I may not be aware that something is wrong with the audio and it is best that you come forth with that fact so we can work on fixing it!

What do you tend to stream the most?

I tend to play Nintendo games because those are simply the games I tend to have the most of. I still may stream others, if it's actually possible to stream them with my current setup. If I'm not sure what I want to stream or don't feel like playing anything, I'll often do Auto Mario Party matches, where you can bet on which AI character you think will win using channel points.

When do you stream?

When the mood strikes! I don't have a set schedule for streaming; I stream when I want to. However, it is a safe bet that I will usually not stream a game that I will actively participate in from 6 AM ET to 11 AM ET (11 AM GMT to 4 PM GMT). You may want to follow me if you liked my stream so you know when they're going on again. You're always welcome to chill!

I like your stream and want to help. How can I support you?

Just keep watching, follow me on my Twitter at DrkBowser64 or subscribe to my YouTube at DarkBowser64 if you want to see some of my dumb stuff, and feel free to chat and create a nice friendly atmosphere. It's all chill here. Frequent watchers, chatters, and more are what will help out the most, so thank you. If you really, *really* want to help me out a bit more, you can send me a tip at [this page](https://streamlabs.com/darkbowser64/tip). You can also cheer with bits in the stream, if that strikes your fancy, or subscribe with your free monthly Prime Gaming sub if you're not already giving it to another streamer. All the funds that come from here will be used to help support me and make my stream better. But donations are absolutely not necessary, and you do not have to do them.
