Having recently had a more accurate diagnosis of BPD (borderline personality) and GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) - I'm really trying to course correct. Undoing bad habits is...difficult. Rewiring my brain often feels like uncoiling a never-ending length of Christmas lights with exposed and frayed wires. But that journey is worth it. For me and for my family. Currently I go to DBT and take medication for anxiety.
