I'm applying the Pomodoro technique, where I set a timer to break work into intervals (50mins), separated by short (10mins) breaks and a long break. I recently learned about it and took notice the benefit it provides for me to focus and create content.
During work times, I will mute myself to attain better focus. Don't worry tho, I'll do my best to participate in chat or react visually to any conversation when I can. Once we hit a break, I'll catch up with chat, go over our progress and talk about fun topics.
