The event is to be able to help streamers who are fairly new find an audience, it is accomplished by everyone in the stream raids each other thru the entire day. This helps new streamers get more followers and everyone benefits from being part of this event. Some even get subs because of it. Many streamers have already had success with this within 2 months of them starting stream they are affiliates. We also have a great community on discord.
