Just an average schmuck. I enjoy playing games in my spare time, even if I'm not that good at them.

+ ## Who are you? > just some guy with too much time and a fascination with watching games on the internet, and now the chance to do a bit of streaming my own. If there's any chance you've heard of me before, it'd be from the [Flaming Zonkey podcast](http://www.flamingzonkey.com/) + ## Where'd you get that awesome artwork? > The section header graphics and the frame overlay (not yet available for every game) were provided courtesy of [MaskedVillianPinball](http://twitch.tv/MaskedVillianPinball). The channel banner and offline picture were taken by [Jester4k](https://www.instagram.com/Jester4k/) + ## What do you stream? > currently, I'll be streaming pinball. I am likely to add a few other games as I can get things setup for them. + ## Pinball? really? > You betcha. My buddy [Wobblychair](http://www.twitch.tv/therealwobblychair) (a frequent visitor in chat, as well as occasional on-stream visitor and participant) had a couple machines and got me started playing. I've been hooked since, and shortly after started my own collection. Both my own and Wobbly's collections are likely to make appearances on-stream. + ## Where do you get a pinball machine? How much are they? > I've found most of mine via Craigslist. One by way of an estate auction. The price varies depending on which machine, quality, where you're buying it at, etc. The best analogy I've heard (from Jack Danger, no less) is it's kind of like asking how much a car costs -- plainly there's a lot of price variation between a beat up Geo Metro and a Ferrari. + ## Which pins will you be playing? > Obviously it'll vary from night to night, but the list of possible machines currently includes: >>* The Machine: Bride of Pinbot with 2.0 kit from Dutch Pinball (in shop for playfield swap) >>* Bally's World Cup Soccer 1994 >>* Gottlieb Volcano >>* Gottlieb Genesis >>* Police Force (awaiting repairs) >>* Bally Fleet Jr > Also several other games from friends' collections.

For those wondering what I'm using for a setup to record this, I list the specific hardware I'm using below -- but most of the information I got on what I wanted to setup came from the [pinside.com pinball streaming thread](https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/any-interest-in-a-pinball-streaming-thread), and some specific info out of [a link shared by the guys over at](http://howdoipinball.com/2015/08/30/how-to-live-stream-real-pinball-on-twitch-technical-basics/) [Buffalo Pinball](https://www.twitch.tv/buffalopinball) on that same thread. But on to the specifics of what I use: + Windows PC. Intel core i5-4590 on an Asus Z97-A motherboard, 16gb ram. Running Windows 7 Pro (for now) and using OBS for the camera layouts and streaming to twitch. + The Display camera is a Logitech C920 webcam. + Tilt cam is a Logitech C615 + the Player camera is a GoPro Hero4 Black running via HDMI to an HDMI capture card. + the Playfield camera is a Panasonic HC-V770 running through an HDMI capture card. + both HDMI captures are Elgato HD60 Pro cards. + The microphones consist of a Blue Yeti Pro for the machine and current player, and a few dynamic mics for anyone talking away from the machine, running through a mixer outputting USB into the PC. Yes, it's totally overkill, but I have it, so why not? + most of the cameras and the microphone are positioned using boom microphone stands. Use some sort of sandbag or other weight to insure they don't tip over if you have the boom extended very far at all (i.e. the one with the mic and playfield cam). + The cameras give me fits unless I have them plugged directly into the PC instead of a USB hub, so I've used several [Amazon Basics USB 3.0 extension cables](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NH134L6) for extra reach.
