My name is Chase Bethea. I am a professional Video Game Composer and Creative/Technical Music Designer. I have been working professionally in the industry for ten years. In 2016, I was nominated as "Best Independent Artist" via VGMO. In 2021, I won Best Original Soundtrack for the game, AGROUND via the NYX Awards and in 2023 Best Original Soundtrack for the game, On the Peril of Parrots. I plan on winning those future awards! I am passionate about the Video Game Industry as the light bulb finally lit up that I should pursue this as career in 2008. I have been writing music since I was in fifth grade on Game Boy Camera and transcribing Jazz music on Alto Saxophone. I also own 800 + physical video games in my collection and I'm playing through them.
