Our goal is to make an inclusive and welcoming channel that works within gaming and geek spaces to promote inclusivity and diversity while keeping you entertained by the genuine geeky passions of our cast members in areas such as tabletop RPGs, VR, and many others.

Increasing representation both on camera and off while creating an inclusive space to just geek out in is a core founding tenet of GeekSpaceTV. Our diverse cast and crew will focus on telling stories of marginalized people and playing games created by diverse teams.

Geek Space is a non-profit online broadcasting studio based in Seattle, WA. As a studio and as individuals, we're dedicated to increasing the visibility of minorities in gaming and geek spaces across the board, whether it's in game development, in-game representation, e-Sports, or as content creators on Twitch, Youtube and elsewhere. Our mission is ultimately reflected not only in our programming, but also in various streamed fundraising events for other charities in the same space in the coming months. If all goes well, in a few months we'll be launching another round of shows including cosplay crafting, cooking, and more! Our RPG shows follow a traditional format on Twitch, made popular by shows like Critical Role, but we'll also be working hard towards the goal of simultaneously providing a unique, live, 360 camera experience on Periscope and YouTube.

GeekSpace is a nonprofit corporation formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. We believe this will ultimately qualify GeekSpace for tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3), but we haven’t heard yet either way. If and when we receive that status from the IRS, we anticipate that any donations made prior to approval will become retroactively tax deductible, but legally we can’t promise that! Stay tuned for more information later in the year about getting a receipt for all of your donations to the GeekSpace.
