LGBT+ Family & Games (LFG) started out as a community called Gaymers on Discord on November 17, 2016. The community grew steadily over time and it became vary clear that the community was providing a much needed safe space for members and had evolved beyond the standard LGBT+ gaming community. We have since evolved into LGBT+ Family & Games, Inc., an organization that aims to provide a safe space for LGBT+ individuals on Discord and other online communities. In 2018 we have added a social media website, Minecraft server, and cam chat network to the umbrella of LGBT+ Family & Games. It is our hope that these safe spaces afford LGBT+ individuals the opportunity to express themselves openly and free of judgement.
