I'm an Architectural Designer and occasionally stream some of my work for those interested in architecture. Although, some of the tools I use are also useful to 3D artists, game designers, and modders. I'll be using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, and Adobe software. I also plan on doing ArchViz in Unreal Engine 4.
