Twitch Chat Rules

Panel Content
We want the chat to be a friendly and welcoming place. Please help us create a good environment by following these rules: - Don't be rude. Handle issues maturely. - Respect the broadcasters and the moderators. - Respect other viewers and help them with questions instead of hindering. - No swear words. Let's keep it clean. - No offensive comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, deliberate intimidation. - No stalking or intimidation. - No posting or threating to post other people's personally identifying information ("doxing"). - No unwelcome sexual attention. This includes comments or jokes and unwelcome sexual advances. It's not flattery, it's just being rude. - No spamming and no advertising. - No excessive trolling. - No advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviour.

Learning to Code

Panel Content
Hackathons are a brilliant place to learn and are friendly to newcomers. If you don't know how to code, just ask questions, attend the mini-events, chat with our organisers, volunteers, sponsors and partners – they'll either help you or find someone who can! And check out [hack.mlh.io/software](https://hack.mlh.io/software) for access to free APIs this weekend, too.

About Hackathons

Panel Content
Hackathons are invention marathons where attendees dream up and bring to life ideas for apps, websites, robots, and more. We are inviting students to join us for 24 hours while we develop the ideas for the future!
