1.5oz fireball, 2oz frappa chata, .25oz creme de cacao, 3 dash ango bitters
shake, strain, serve up. garnish orange half wheel, dip half orange in seasalt

1 oz Barrel age Rum (Bacardi Oak Heart), 1.5 oz Islay Scotch (Ardbeg Wee Beastie), .25oz vanilla, 2 dash ango bitters, 1.5 oz cold brew coffee.
Stir in yarai, strain, serve in Irish coffee glass. Optional, if you'd like to add sweetness, top with a heavy whipping cream, shaken, grind cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of pepper onto the cream layered top.

2.25 oz glenfiddich fire and cane (or any smokey whiskey), .75 sweet vermouth, 4.5oz oj, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz red wine
