># 👋 **I'm Vic!** > >I'm a full-time graphic designer and maker of things from Canada. I started streaming on Twitch at the tail end of 2018 under the moniker, *Guiltless_Gaming*. I started incorporating more crafty stream nights into the schedule, before making the official call to kiss Guiltless goodbye after a bit of a hiatus; **Hello Victo, whatcha workin' on today?** Today, our community continues to honour our biking roots with plenty of biking references while we collectively pedal into the woods of pixels and creative shenanigans. Most recently, we've embraced co-working with pomodo sessions, allowing us to encourage each other with whatever it is we need to tackle that day, and celebrating every victory, big or small. If we're not having a focused co-tasking day, you'll likely catch me chatting away with the community while streaming my day-to-day shenanigans in designing and making. Sometimes, you'll even get to see our big boi Laser. Other times, we might even play a game or two. I'm also a big fan of character bits; stick around long enough and you'll eventually meet TwiggyHead, Piper Pickle, Horse Butler, and more! ;) **Welcome in, friend!** We're so happy to have you. ### The Pomodoro technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Each interval is known as *pomodoro*, from the Italian word for tomato; this was inspired by the tomato-shaped kitchen timer used by Cirillo at the time. > The idea behind the Pomodoro method is that it breaks your day down into focused work periods that create a sense of urgency around the tasks at hand. Rather than feeling as though you have an entire day to squander, the focused work sessions encourage you to act efficiently and effectively. > Traditionally, pomos are 25 minutes in length with 5-minute breaks. **In our streams, we often host 60 minute focused sessions with 15 minutes of chat time in between.**
