The Mission of I Need Diverse Games: I Need Diverse Games via all associated platforms and members; including but not limited to: twitter, Facebook, Google+, and other mediums seeks to bring projects, works and research by marginalized folks to light. We also seek to discuss, analyze and critique identity and culture in video games through a multi-faceted lens rooted in intersectionality Some simple rules for making everyone's experience here nice and fun! The channel is moderated, by our founder @cypheroftyr and community members 1 - Profanity allowed, within reason 2 - No slurs, or hate of any kind, you get 1 time out, then the banhammer falls hard. 3 - No Backseat gaming! If we need/want help from those watching I'll ask. 4 - No complaining that we're not playing X game. If you want to watch a different game being played we're sure someone is streaming it somewhere. 5 - Don't spam the channel with promos for your channel. Again 1 timeout, then you'll be banned 6 - Treat each other well in here. We want everyone to have fun and feel safe while watching us play. 7. We will be having conversation revolving around diversity of all types while we play. Behave, be civil and if you disagree with someone else in chat, you will do so respectfully or you will be timed out once, then banned.

Effective August 13, 2016, I Need Diverse Games became a tax-exempt non-profit 501 (c)(3) foundation, based in Illinois. All documents that have a public version are available.
