Hi there! I'm j0rts (Ben), and I like to explore mostly pointless things in video games while playing them in weird, unconventional ways. Despite my name, this channel has nothing to do with jorts. In fact, I've never even worn a pair of jorts in my life. I just find the word fun to say... j o r t s. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to check out my channel.

Recipe for the best chicken sandwich: - 1 chicken breast - 1/2 avocado - 1 slice provolone cheese - handful of arugula/baby spinach - 2 slices of brioche bread - mayo - dijon mustard - salt - pepper - onion powder - garlic powder - smoked paprika - thyme - rosemary - olive oil 1. Smack the shit out of the chicken breast until it's nicely even and tender. 2. Add seasonings and olive oil to the chicken (You guys are gonna have to eyeball it, I don't measure stuff like this. I believe in you.). Slather it up nice and good. 3. Heat up that frying pan to a nice solid medium. Not too hot!! Lay that puppy in there. No, not an actual puppy...the chicken breast... 4. PATIENCE! Let that chicken sit there until it gets a nice sear. You can peak every once in a while, that's ok. Once we got a nice browning, flip that bad boy over and sear the other side. 5. While the chicken is cooking, slice up a half of an avocado. Sprinkle some salt and pepp on him and give him a little peck on the cheek. 6. Back to the chicken...we didn't forget about you. Other side seared? Boom, let's lower that heat down to the Low-2 range now and cover.that.pan. (with whatever lid you can find). This will make the chicken nice and moist and juicy. 7. Periodically check that chicken's internal temp with a meat thermometer if you've got one (if not, try poking it, maybe tease it a little, it shouldn't be too squishy, but shouldn't be a rock either). Once it's about 160 degrees, add a little glob of butter to the pan and spoon it over the chicken while drooling. Take the chicken off the pan once it's at 165 internal temp. 8. LET THAT CHICKEN REST. Meanwhile, toast up your two slices of brioche bread. Once nice and toasty, it's time to start assembling the sammy. Spread some mayo and dijon on the bread, add your greens, add your avocado, add your provolone. 9. Once the chicken is done resting or you run out of patience, whatever comes first, slice it up and add it to the sandwich. 10. Squish it all in there between the bread and enjoy the best sandwich of all time.
