**~~~ Mental Health Matters ~~** This is a safe space for anyone and everyone to exist in. *~~~ My Story ~~~* I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Binge Eating Disorder, Dermatillomania, ADHD, and Personality Disorder (NOS). I have been in therapy for about 5 years. I attended therapy when I was in high school, however, I grew up in a small Iowa town, so it was a resource desert. In my adult life, I have learned that I am neurodivergent. Whether I only have ADHD or I am also Autistic, I know that I experience debilitating symptoms that do not fit in with today's productive society. After discovering #ADHD Twitter and #ActuallyAutistic Twitter, I have felt more and more comfortable as I continue to learn about myself and how to support my needs. I haven't quite figured out what to put here, but I wanted everyone to know they're safe to be here. We are all HUMANS. We deserve love, we deserve our right to exist.

**our community is called the arthubb & it is a place where we can all be ourselves.** we can learn, grow, and connect with mental health on the forefront of our minds. arthubb is a hub for any and all of the niches! art, music, technology, games, spirituality, mindfulness, and more. you will find streams where we play fun mini games, eat breakfast, learn about mental health, listen to music & podcasts, and watch videos. you are welcome to come & share your feelings, find some support, & hang out with us. we want you to show up as your true self! we have a discord community with channels for all the things! feel free to join & share your...art/pets/food/tech/funnies/thoughts. there are also channels for support. there is one for just sharing, with no problem solving, and another to share and receive support. if you're interested in moderating for a channel, pls let me know! with the community comes the idea that we are a collaborative community. i know that what i say doesn't resonate the same as if someone else said it. we don't all hold the same kinds of spaces. **when it comes to "self promotion", those of you who actively hold spaces & foster communities that are self-growth oriented & are a tool in some way, please feel free to share what you do. i would love for everyone to have options for different spaces.**
