Im Jo and I play violin. I offer two forms of violin fun here! I play transcriptions of Video Game Music. I also use a looper to create live arrangements of songs using my voice, guitar and of course, the violin. Each week I take a few requests, handwrite the music out, and play them for you! A bit about me. Ive been playing violin for the past 9 years. I shortly played violin at a very young age but quit due to a discouraging teaching environment. Even though I wasn't playing then, I knew I needed to be a musician. Later on down the road, I was accepted to Berklee College of Music as a vocalist. While I loved singing, I was smitten with the string department. Thus began the insane practice catch up. I bought the best players coffee and begged them to play with me for an hour. After two years and a lot of practice, I re-auditioned and was accepted as a violin principal. Currently I'm living in Nashville TN and working as a full time musician! I play for bands, record for albums, and teach private music lessons. (Online as well ;) ) Music is my everything. I pour everything I have into it. While I've grown a lot, theres still so much to learn. Im hungry for it, and ill never stop working towards it.
