I have a day job so I try to stream as much as possible in the evenings. but my schedule is not set in stone. US/Eastern Standard Time + Tuesday: 5:00pm to 7:00pm + Thursday: 5:00pm to 7:00pm + Saturday: 6:00am to 7:00pm
