New Album: When the Monsters Come
Bryan Baker's ninth full length album. Fourteen tracks, primarily written during February Album Writing Month (FAWM). Loosely themed around the monsters inside and outside our heads. The title track was inspired by the theme of MarsCon (VA) 2024, "Marso's Monster Mayhem". Bryan was the 2024 musical guest of honor, and released the album there.
Hi, I'm Ka-Klick (or less formally, ka_klick) I sing and play some instruments and write songs (many of them nerdy/geeky, some less so). I've performed in Second Life for over a dozen years now as Kaklick Martin. I'm in my 60s, have one kid out of college, one in high school. I run the music track for a midwest volunteer-run sci-fi/fantasy 'con. I have several albums out in the world.

Wednesday Nights from 7pm - 10pm Central (US) Dead By Daylight.
Other times as I can squeeze a bit of time out.
I will have some Saturdays that I end up needing to be elsewhere, will try to make those up on Sundays.

Klick is military jargon for a kilometer.
So, ka_klick is a kilometer on your journey toward destiny!
Yeah, that's the ticket. The real story is below:
The handle comes from a webcomic (now a bit over 20 years old) called [Sluggy Freelance](http://sluggy.com/) that features a min-lop rabbit with homicidal tendancies named Bun Bun. In an early tee shirt he is leaping across the shirt unfolding a switch blade (which is making the noise Ka-Klick) saying: Time to Die Nerd Boy! I thought that would make a good gaming handle when I started playing FPS (Old-school CS, etc) at the turn of the century.
Why do I have a mature warning in front of a music stream? Well, I do try to keep it clean and respectful, but I do have several songs that I have tagged as mature/explicit/whatever that include language you wouldn't want kids hearing casually, As a parent, I get that, so I just want you to know up front, there may be language or concepts that might seem mature from time to time.
