I'm Karlcloudy and I am a predominantly SMM2 streamer from Brisbane, Australia.
I work full time covering both systems administration (sysadmin) and software development. While I'm not working, you can probably find me gaming, mucking around with computers, lifting, or maybe even watching some anime.

# Chat Rules
While most of the below rules should be common sense, they are worth mentioning anyway:
1. **Treat others with respect in the chat** - personal attacks, racism, etc. will NOT be tolerated.
2. **No discussion about illegal content/activities** - this one goes without saying.
3. **No spam** - excessive amounts of canned ham will definitely result in a timeout or ban.
4. **Spoiler free please** - unless specifically requested by Karlcloudy himself, please keep spoilers/backseat gaming to a minimum.
#Viewer Levels
Please keep the below in mind when submitting viewer levels for SMM2:
1. **Minimum clear rate?** - I no longer stipulate a suggested minimum clear rate, however bear in mind #2 below.
2. **I may skip levels if they are taking too long and/or with no progress** - in order to keep the queue moving, I will generally deploy a timer on more difficult levels. If I fail to complete the level, feel free to submit again, however.
3. **Ask before submitting troll levels** - due to the lengthy nature of troll levels, please ask before submitting these.
4. **Only online viewer levels will be played** - if you're not online at the time your level is up, your level will be skipped temporarily. After the 2nd call, your level will be removed from the queue.
5. **Expect feedback (good & bad)** - I try to provide (constructive) feedback if I find anything particularly good or bad in a level.
