We want to create games that are based on **real science, real facts, real physics and real emotions.** No magic & fantasy allowed. We believe that one of the strongest forces in the universe is the **“need to create”**: every time you build something out of nothing, every time you give shape and organization to something that has no structure – you are creating a miracle. We want to use our games to **promote science** and to **encourage creativity**. We want to revive the interest in space exploration, physics, history and all STEM fields. We want players to **learn new stuff** while playing our games. We want to make our fans happy. :) Space Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, construction, exploration and survival in space and on planets. Players build space ships, space stations, planetary outposts of various sizes and uses (civil and military), pilot ships and travel through space to explore planets and gather resources to survive. Featuring both creative and survival modes, there is no limit to what can be built, utilized and explored. Space Engineers features a realistic, volumetric-based physics engine: everything in the game can be assembled, disassembled, damaged and destroyed. The game can be played either in single or multiplayer modes.
