This station will never turn away a person in need. If you're struggling, need help or just simply want someone to vent to...Well, to quote Frasier Crane. "I'm listening." I might not be able to do much but I will endeavour to help anyone who needs that support. This place is an open forum to discuss mental health issues and I will never discourage anyone from talking. I know people believe mental health is something not to be spoken of in public but I do not adhere to this stigma here on the stream. Mental health may be brought up at points during the stream and if something does make you uncomfortable, we will try to accommodate but ultimately if someone needs to talk about something, then I will not stop them even if it's a sensitive subject. With that in mind, jokes about mental health will result in a single warning before I dole out the ban-hammer. Maybe not even the warning if it's particularly serious, so please keep in mind that jokes about mental health, suicide and drug abuse can be a very sensitive sort of thing for others in chat. Mind is an organisation dedicated to supporting mental health issues as well as mental health related disabilities. They did a substantial amount of work to aid my family over the years and I wanted to use this platform as a way to give back to them, as they're wholly dependent on donations in order to keep providing the fantastic services they offer.
