# What do I hope to accomplish with my community? >My goals are to build a community that embraces raising each other up and encouraging positivity. A common phrase in the disabled community is "There is no I in Wellness, only we". I strongly believe that with proper support and encouragement, we can help break the stigmas around mental illness and make it so others can openly reach out for help when needed. Sometimes, you just have to get the weight off your chest, and that is perfectly okay.> #What short term goals do you have for your channel? >My short term goals are to build a caring and friendly community.
