Hello! My name is Matt, so feel free to call me that, Macrotect, Macro or Mac :) My Twitch name can be broken down into two parts: Macro (a small program made in Excel that automates tasks) and Tect/tektōn (builder). One of my hobbies is creating macros to automate tasks in Excel using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language. I know I know, but it's much more fun than it sounds, I swear lol. I originally thought about programing live on Twitch, but realized quickly that there wouldn't be a large audience for that. I've settled for incorporating macros into my ASMR streams. I've been listening to ASMR since 2013, and it has been very positive for my mental health. I am an introvert, and find that listening to ASMR cures my social "hangovers" faster than anything else. I also listen while falling asleep. **Disclaimer: While ASMR is good for my mental health, and helps me sleep, I am not a mental health professional. I don't make any claims that my content will improve your health or sleep. I hope it does though!** Heather Feather was my introduction to ASMR. Her "anticipatory tingles" are unmatched, and her mom was the originator of the "sksksk" trigger! I've been thinking about streaming ASMR myself for a while, and finally got around to doing it!
