Oceanic Wing is an anarchist criminal faction that rejects hierarchical organisations and authority. Its members hold many ideologies but all agree that the galaxy should remain a lawless frontier, free of political and centralized government. Oceanic Wing has no use for 'Crime and Punishment' imposed by governing star systems. Since it is unlikely it will be able to repeal those laws, it has set opon a course to simply dispose of said governments, leaving lawless societies in their place. Oceanic Wing's modus operandi usually involves inciting labor unions and promoting violent propaganda campaigns for diverse social reforms. It then generates huge profits by creating widespread turmoil and collapse of the centralized government through the use of puppet organizations. When it is through, it either takes control of the star system or leaves the administrative jurisdiction in the hands of the locally factioned anarchy. In doing so, it creates the absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual
