I'm a mom of 2 (oldest is in kinder this year!) with 1 doggo. Hubby works in IT. I'm a mortgage lender, and own my own business making crochet plushies. I'm in the process of writing my first book. I grew up so far below the poverty line, that when rent went up we moved, so moved 22 times before graduating high school. I spent 2 years homeless during jr high. Because of this I do have some trauma. I also have RA, and am hypermobile, working on getting evaluated for possible EDS diagnosis. I have ADHD-C and am self-diagnosed autistic. I am abrosexual. I love cozy games, right now Coral Island is my jam. I also enjoy turn-based-strategy like Civ 5 (seriously i have over a thousand hours in that game).

In January 2023, my son (4 at the time) was diagnosed with an osteoid osteoma. It is a non-cancerous tumor on his femur, causing him extreme pain. In February 2023, the tumor was removed with a cryoablation. You can donate to my ko-fi to help to cover some of the medical bills we still have, and that will continue to come in. He is now pain free and on full release to normal activity, but he will have to have regular x-rays for the next several years to verify no re-occurrence.

Work Buddies is a community built around body doubling, and mental health support. Body doubling is essentially working together, but separate. We all work on our own tasks, but using a shared timer and where at least the host is visible to everyone. This gives the viewer a sense of working alongside someone, and in neuro-spicy people especially, this can help to encourage higher focus levels.
