Hello you! My name is Alyssa + I'm a very basic Nintendo gamer who loves to connect with others, get cozy AF, drink copious amounts of tea and talk about mental wellness. Aside from streaming + building a cozy and safe community, I live with my partner Luke and our two Frenchies, Charles + Henry. I'm also a trauma therapist + a university professor. Existing is hard. I get it. I've had my own mental health challenges + supported many through their own. You're never alone. You're so loved and needed here. Asking for help can really support your wellness. 2. Call a helpline: Canada: 1 (833) 456 4566 US: (800) 273-8255 3. Seek therapy through an app called BetterHelp. You'll have access to support 24/7 through the app for a small cost per month.
