Retro TV!

Panel Content
Since I sometimes stream projects I'm working on, I like to throw a little retro TV on the screen so there's more than just my background noise of 'Hmmm... I see...' or 'Oh... crap'. You can control the TV via bits or channel points. More on that here: [https://krystof.io/tv](https://krystof.io/tv)

Generate a retro story!

Panel Content
**!retrostory** - [story prompt] [custom options] - Start up a retro story on our retro story machine. Requires tokens (or you can cheer 30 bits, or use channel rewards). Here's some tips on creating your story. 1. Making a prompt that fits well. You basically want to finish the sentence, *Tell me a story about _____*. Your prompt should be filling in that blank. You can use more than one sentence, but you're limited by chat message length, so be warned. 2. You don't have to choose a style or story type, you can just fill out the prompt like above and we'll pick a random one for you. We have numerous story **types** (e.g. happy, sad, funny, horror, etc.) along with random story **styles** (e.g. modern, obituary, newspaper article, song, etc.) so you can just focus on your story prompt. In that case, here's an example: >!retrostory a whale and a dog Since we're picking random styles and types, our retro generator might tell us *a **happy** story about a whale and a dog in the style of **a newspaper article***. 3. If you want to designate your own story type and/or style, put those at the end of the command. You use style=<your style> and type=<your type> and we'll do the rest. Example: >!retrostory a whale and a dog style=a newscast type=zombie horror This would tell our story generator to tell a **zombie horror** story about a whale and a dog, and write it in the style of **a newscast**. That's all there is to it! Want some example story *types*? funny, scientific analysis, action, romantic, idiotic, happy, slapstick, zombie horror, lovecraftian horror, sad, cliffhanger, science fiction, post apocalyptic, hilarious, absurd, dark, violent, documentary, crime, dark comedy, gangster, disaster, war, sports, fantasy, horror, mystery, outlandish, superhero, romantic comedy, inspirational, prehistoric Want some example story *styles*? modern, an old english story, a newspaper article, a colonial american letter, a job resume, a movie script, a police report, a medical diagnosis, a coroner's report, a cooking recipe, an obituary, military orders, a break-up letter, a party invitation, a legal argument, pulp fiction, an epic poem, a song, a rap song, and last but not least... a Java Program with at least two conditional statements.

Luna Vs Buddy!

Panel Content
**!argue** - [argument] [custom options] This command starts an argument (AI generated) between my two cats, Luna and Buddy. Your argument should be more than just 'Ketchup is best'. Make a statement or topic, and give an opinion on it. Luna will take that side as the starting point of the argument, and Buddy will debate the opposing view. The more descriptive the argument, the better the resulting debate will be! If you don't enter an argument, we'll pick something random. You can also just have Luna ask Buddy a question to get it going as well. It's just for fun, so see what happens! **custom options** - Totally optional. At the very end of your prompt, you can dictate what type of *tone* the argument should have. You specify the tone at the end of an argument by appending the text tone=<desiredtone>. Here are the tones and what they mean: (Only one tone at a time can be specified) * default (you don't have to specify a tone if you want default) - They try to bring legitimate arguments to the table and argue in good faith. * cats - They argue as cats. They'll reference cat things, and may not stay on topic as much * sarcastic - They call each other names and might stray from the argument. I've seen Luna call Buddy a d**k using ASCII art, so there you go. * fakenews - They'll make up things and attempt to gaslight each other a little bit. They do NOT argue in good faith and are generally untrustworthy. ** Example command usage ** !argue JRR Tolkien should never have included the giant eagles in the Lord Of The Rings books. They could have flown the One Ring to Mount Doom at the very start of the story and be done with the hassle of it all at the very start. Now, if we want them to be a little snotty, snooty, or just plain poopy about it, we could add the tone of sarcastic at the end of the command: !argue Tell me your favorite 1990s alternative rock song, and I'll tell you why it sucks. tone=sarcastic
