Moderators/hosts may periodically repeat the instructions for how to enter the giveaway. - The Prize will be communicated clearly by the hosts/moderators verbally and/or in the chat. - Each Prize winner will be chosen at random from those who have, at the time a winner is chosen, entered the keyword in the chat during the session. - Winners will be announced in the chat, and then sent a direct message on Twitch to discuss prize delivery. - Employees of NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the "NBA"), the NBA member teams (together, the "Covered Entities"), including affiliates, agents, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the giveaway. - The Covered Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winners or any third parties or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize and/or participation in this giveaway. - Participants in this giveaway (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Covered Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification. - By accepting the Prize, a winner certifies that he or she is the individual announced as the winner and that he or she allows the use of his/her name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness, as stated above, with no further compensation (financial or otherwise), and agrees to release the Covered Entities from any claims or damage that might arise in connection with the giveaway. - All decisions by the Covered Entities with respect to the giveaway and the winners are final and binding.

By co-streaming the content (“Content”) streamed on Twitch by the NBA’s corporate entity, NBA Media Ventures, LLC (“NBA”), you acknowledge that NBA exclusively owns, controls, and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Content (1) as originally distributed by NBA; and (2) including any co-streaming elements added by you. You agree not to use the Content in a way that disparages, denigrates, or would otherwise bring into reputational disrepute NBA or any of its affiliates or related entities. Further, the Content shall not be used in a way that states or implies that NBA or any of its related entities or affiliates in any way endorse or are in a partnership or other relationship with you or any third party whatsoever. Other than with respect to your ability to co-stream the Content on a live, as-is basis on the Twitch platforms, you are not permitted to use the Content, including for commercial, sponsorship (including but not limited to any “top and tail” or “presented by” sponsorships), or promotional purposes, or for any other unapproved purpose, without NBA’s prior written consent. Your co-streaming of the Content does not serve to assign, convey or transfer to you any intellectual property right in and to the Content. Any unauthorized co-streaming or other use of the Content will be subject to takedown demands, via DMCA or otherwise, and may be subject to other action as NBA may determine in its sole and absolute discretion. As between you and NBA, you are solely responsible for any third party liability incurred with respect to all elements in the co-stream other than the Content, including any and all material added by you in respect of the co-stream, and you agree to indemnify NBA therefor. NBA makes no representation whatsoever with respect to the Content, including with respect to its fitness for any particular purpose.
