The Veterans Group operates two homes in the University City section of Philadelphia, PA. We provide provide shelter, warm meals, and a variety of support programs for up to 40 Veterans who are at high-risk of homelessness. A key component to our success is the warm, family-like atmosphere of our organization. We promote camaraderie among our Veterans at house events and encourage them to build relationships within the local community.
Veterans are a particularly vulnerable segment of our population. While protecting our country, many have encountered some of the most horrific experiences known to man. Many struggle to translate military experience and training into the civilian workforce.
Our Mission: To empower Veterans at risk of homelessness to achieve success in civilian society.
