Welcome in! All who gaze upon About pages! My name is Rathé (Rath-ay)! I'm an applied linguist with a specialization in language education as well as a hobbyist entomologist, and a multimedia artist. I am, in fact, a gamer too! Very difficult to believe given the context, but bear with me, I tend to get lost in the sauce. In terms of games, I lean towards rpg, horror, and platforming genres. Love me a rightfully good visual novel too, if I do say so myself. I admit though, I often talk way more than I actually play games, so if you're hungry for a little talky talk with a mild distraction on the side then you've come to the right place. But if you're looking for a speedrunning, time crunching, mad lad who's ready to get that peanut butter at the cost of resetting their soul away every few minutes. I'm not that guy. I do like a challenge though, like playing nuzlockes with only bug pokemon or doing 100% runs. But my personal favorite is absolutely forgetting to use the already built in game mechanics! Exciting stuff, I know!
