Hey there, I'm Ray Lancione, also known as Raytings. I've been streaming for seven years between YouTube Gaming and Twitch and I'm excited to connect with you all here. The name Raytings is a play on Ratings, as I used to review tech on my old YouTube channel. I grew up and currently live in Los Angeles, California. Although I dropped out of high school and college, I've had a variety of experiences that have shaped who I am today. At one point, I even thought I wanted to be a baker! I've struggled with generalized anxiety, but it's also taught me the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels included. I believe that diversity of opinion is essential, and I'm always eager to learn from others. In fact, the personal space that I created for queer Minecraft players ended up becoming an LGBTQIA+ nonprofit to support gamers and professionals. It's been one of my proudest accomplishments and a testament to my passion for creating inclusive communities. When I'm not streaming, I try to honor my mother's memory by trying to go to the gym daily. She didn't have that option due to cerebral palsy, and it's important for me to stay healthy in her honor. I also wish I had more time to be a plant parent! I find it relaxing and enjoyable to care for my plants and watch them grow. Finally, I'm a huge fan of Star Trek. I even named my cat Annika Hanssen after Jeri Ryan's character Seven of Nine from Star Trek Voyager. Thanks for stopping by and getting to know me a little better.
