1. **Ask before you post links or promote your streams.** You may not promote streams simultaneous to my own, in my chat. Sorry; I know we can get zealous about certain games/streams, but I think this is fair. I *do* have a channel in my Discord server for promoting yourself at any time; type "!discord" in chat for a link. 2. **No asking other viewers for personal information.** This includes, but is not limited to, their real names; their ages; their hometown; their credit card information; their Social Security Numbers; and the like. The penalty for doing so may include anything from a warning to a permanent ban, depending upon the intrusiveness and/or persistence of the question. 3. **No profanity**; **sexually explicit** or **suggestive material**; or **bigoted**, or otherwise **person-demeaning**, **language**. Political discussion is discouraged; religious discussion is allowed, but please keep it respectful and relevant. I will abide by these rules, and I expect the same from you all as well. (Also keep in mind that some topics are better discussed in a private setting such as Whispers than in chat.) 4. **All criticism** of myself or viewers **should be constructive**. To paraphrase 1 Cor. 13, if you try to instruct people and don't have love, no one gains anything out of it. 5. **Don't expect me to take commands from you**. I invite you here to enjoy what I have decided to stream and each other's commentary on it. That's it. If you want followers or subscribers, you're gonna have to earn 'em like the rest of us. If you want me to do something, ask politely and hope for the best! **:)** (I will note that, if you regularly stream things that pique my interest, and you just *happen* to casually mention an example of such, your chances of me following you will increase.) 6. If you make a donation, **please acknowledge it in the chat**. Do not worry about coming across as boasting; I need to know the payment is authorized. Many streamers as of late have fallen prey to donation chargeback streams, so I won't be able to cash in unless and until I have a guarantee that it won't be charged back. (Also, *do not donate bananas! Or coconut.* I hate them both! ) 7. Have genuine smiles on your faces, and inspire others to have them as well! We're not always happy, I know, but try to be at least joyful—and I hope you apply that advice to your lives outside of these streams as well. :)
