All aboard Riker's Iron shall adhere to the Articles of Conduct below. These are in place to create a a fun, playful, albiet vulgar on occasion, place for people to come and get their creative juices flowing... **Article I.** Every man or woman aboard Riker's Iron shall treat each other with the respect and friendship they in return expect. **Article II.** No crewman shall strike verbally or physically one another while on board, but every quarrel shall be ended offline via dance off, paint off battle on stream/discord (mini chosen by crew majority) or the boobox timeout. **Article III.** The Captain and Quatermasters word is law, but all ideas and opinions shall be taken into account in any matters of current and future; ventures or disputes. **Article IV.** All aboard Riker's Iron shall keep their stations, tools and game boards clean and fit for service. **Article V.** During games; players and infernals will remember its just a game and its meant to be fun for everyone involved including those watching. **Article VI.** During games; any errors in action or rules maybe corrected on approval of the opponent. If an agreement cannot be reached the crew shall decide the outcome. **Article VII.** All aboard Riker's Iron have the right to any creative or game based knowledge shared or gained by the crew in order to improve; themselves, those around them and their own workings. **Article VIII.** When celebration is required a crewmen will YARR and B'YAARRR with the rest of the crew and spam emotes where desired. **Article IX.** All new or returning streamers part of the crew will be celebrated and praised upon arrival. **Article X.** Promotion of crew members events and milestones will be celebrated by the crew and creationship fleet alike.
