First and foremost, thank you! Thank you for coming by, thank you for reading this. Thank you for being here. Running this stream is roughly $50 a month, taking into account my electric bill and other subscriptions for the stream. At some point in the future I'd like to at least break even and possibly have funds for equipment upgrades and other fun stream stuff. With that said, if I've added value to your day, to your week or life, I would greatly appreciate your support. I have extremely gratitude for anything and everything. If you're broke but still enjoy my content, that's fine! I love having you here with me, lurking or active in chat. You just being here is what I want, don't ever forget that. Read on for more:

#Hello and welcome to my channel :) **My name is Soussage, most people call me Sous (sue, like soup) but you can call me whatever.** I might seem serious, calm and collected, and while I am, I love joking around. My humor is dark and satirical and I enjoy playful teasing, too. I think i'm pragmatic and often spiritual. I'm a domestic partner IRL: I cook, I clean, I handyman, make things go and make life better. I don't really leave the house much and this stream is my main release to hang out with people, hopefully making friends along the way. I went to school to study quantum physics but realized I didnt want to be a scientist, so here we are. I always enjoyed video games and crafting things, I used to knit, crochet, sew and make jewelry. Its been a long time, but im still interested in it. If you'd like to know more about the stream, just keep reading below.

At the moment my streams are mostly POV cooking streams, followed by video game streams. For my cooking streams, I use a GoPro cam and because of all the tech, there's about a minimum 30 second delay. I'd like to fix that in the future! I enjoy playing 'mid and boring' games, things you can sit back, watch, listen, vibe, chill by yourself or with me.

I'm a self taught cook, I began learning in my mid 20's. I'm not a food prude! I grew up with boxed mac and cheese, frozen dinners and canned soup just like you. And I won't judge you for how you eat :) For the sake of training, becoming a better cook, I always cook something new. For the past full 3 years I haven't made the same dish twice. I try to limit myself to peak seasonal ingredients. Not only are the ingredients the most flavorful but they're cheaper too! It has been a little tough adjusting and learning what's all in season at the moment but its so worth it. Did I mention that my food tastes amazing? I've had the blessing as an adult to eat some of the best food available in NYC and I can very proudly say that my food is as good and better than anything you could ever imagine.
