Little bit about me! I’m Sterling! I have been a professional chef for 15 years now and have worked in pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafés, YOU NAME IT I have probably worked there lol From a lonely trainee right up to the dizzying heights of Head Chef, I have probably forgotten more about cooking than I can remember :3 AND I wanna share my knowledge and experience with you guys! I enjoy a good video game as well here and there, its an excuse to hang out with my buddy, Jon. I suffer with Type 1 Diabetes so I am always open to sharing and encouraging people to talk about illness whether it be physical or mental health issues. I suffer with dyslexia too so if you get your name wrong in chat I'M SORRY SO SORRY! I am a openly bisexual man too, very proud to be part of and support the LGBTQIA+ community and everyone is welcome here WHATEVER you identify as.
