I've always had problems focusing. And now I'm working from home more, the struggle is even bigger.
Working live makes me feel accountable for how I am spending my time. Peer pressure doesn't always have to be negative, and this is the proof!
I am currently working by sessions of 45 mins followed by breaks of 7 mins. Usually, during Focus Time I don't look at the chat, but I make sure to answer every single comment as soon as I enter a break.
