Originally from the Southeast US, Vivi (she/her) has been living in the Champagne region of France since 2004. In 2013 she launched Suis le fil, in which she designs medieval inspired traditional embroidery kits. After years of selling her kits and macrame jewelry at medieval festivals throughout northern France and southern Belgium, 2020 found her pivoting to Twitch. Today she hosts “The Crafty Tavern” to a worldwide group of crafters, medievalists and friends. While traditional embroidery is her main craft, Vivi also enjoys macrame, card making and is learning the French art of box making (le cartonnage). Vivi lives in Reims with her French husband, their teenage son, a grumpy cat, and her severe anxiety.
