Always Training Gaming is a community based on the ideal that we want to play everything. We want to attract all players of all skill to join a team that everyone can interact and grow with. Unlike high profile teams like C9 and TSM where the community mainly just supports the pro teams, our community will give players a chance to move up within the ranks and create a higher known profile for themselves in the gaming world. Even if a member doesn’t have any interest in this aspect, they can get involved in the community in many different ways. We want everyone to be able to showcase their skills even if they aren't interested in creating a stream or YouTube themselves. We do this by allowing anyone to represent the community by streaming or sending in clips that will be later used in the community mashups on a weekly basis.
