Go to Settings > Options > and then uncheck the box labeled Unit query overrides hero control console. It's on the right side under Interface. If you wanna make sure it works, go to demo on any heroes and click on the enemy tower to check if it shows on the right or not, dont try it on heroes you can control, otherwise it wont work.
