**Q: What's a TAS?** A: Tool-Assisted Speedruns are like regular speedruns, but are created by running the game in an emulator, slowing it down to make frame-perfect inputs, and using savestates to rewind time and undo mistakes. This allows for the creation of a theoretically perfect run. **Q: Isn't this cheating?** A: TASes are created for entertainment purposes only. They do not compete against human speedruns. **Q: Why do you make these?** A: TASes are like an art form to me. It's a way to showcase what happens when you can push a game to its absolute limits through the culmination of years of knowledge gained by community members and myself.
