I've been streaming my workouts since December 2019. What started out as a personal challenge to grow my confidence has turned into a great community of friends. Come join the Swole Patrol as we work through another winter to get ready for the beach next year!

I'm a busy father of six enjoying every bit of life. I work, entertain the kiddos, play games (as time and responsibilities permit), workout after they're asleep, rinse and repeat. I'm still fairly new to twitch so don't be shy, say hi if you drop in while I'm live. Say hi on IG @i_am_the_bdr

Streams will probably start between 5:30 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. or 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and follow the schedule below. I am currently participating in Bucked Up's first ever Boot Camp. Throughout the first week, I have felt more motivated to work out every morning! The workout plan they provided has recommendations on custom tailoring a program that works for me. I might stream some of my cardio as time allows but most of the streams will follow the program below: -- Monday: Legs -- Tuesday: Chest & Triceps -- Wednesday: Rest (Cardio) -- Thursday: Back & Biceps -- Friday: Shoulders -- Saturday: Rest (Cardio) -- Sunday: Rest (Cardio)
