Since everyone asks me about my Twitch name, when I go in new stream channels; I figured I'd explain it here. For starters, the Mermaid part is because when I met my fiance 2 years ago, I told him about my amputated right leg, due to a bone infection that almost killed me in 2011. I told him that if I had to get the other leg amputated, I would want a mermaid tail. That way I could still get around with no problem🌊Well, one week later into our relationship, he actually bought me a blue mermaid tail 😍So the nickname stuck. As for the word metal in my name, it's to describe the fact that I have medical conditions. I am a physically disabled woman, born with Spina Bifida. I have metal plates throughout my body, for multiple health reasons. I like to think of them as metal scales 😊-hehe- On top of that, I use a wheelchair, a power scooter, crutches, a walker; and I have a prosthetic leg... all metal or titanium 💙 So, there's that -lol- Thank you, for taking a moment to read this! -💋#TeamMetal
