Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) has literally changed my life for the better in too many ways to list. Hopefully I inspire you to try a class one day. If so find a gym close by. I'd encourage to search and vet them online. Look at their schedule to make sure you can attend classes. Call them and schedule a intro class and get some.
